Refund policy

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

We do offer refunds and replacements in scenarios where there is an error on our part. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your product arrived damaged (with photo proof), you received the wrong product, or your order didn't arrive within 25 days (US) or 50 days (International). Please note that orders cannot be canceled or edited after they have entered production. 

To inquire about a refund or replacement for your order, please contact us at info@glassalbums.com with your name and order number and we will determine on a case-by-case basis if your situation meets the criteria for a refund or replacement.

Inquiries submitted 7 days or more after an order's delivery are not eligible for refunds & replacements.
